Summer 2026: Live Music Heats Up the Concert Scene in Ontario’s Cottage Country

From beautiful concert halls to farm fields, Ontario’s most popular summer destination is home to one of the most extraordinary live music scenes in the country. The summer of 2026 is shaping up to be the best yet — with the Kee to Bala’s biggest season in years, the Huntsville Festival of the Arts celebrating its 34th summer, the Festival of the Sound returning to Georgian Bay’s shores, Tall Pines hitting its fifth anniversary, and the Muskoka Music Festival marking a bittersweet but spectacular tenth and final edition.

Add world-class dinner cruises on Lake Muskoka, free outdoor concerts under the summer sky, and community stages firing up right across the region every week of the season — and you have a summer soundtrack that is simply impossible to beat. Here’s your guide to what’s on, where, and when.
