March 31 – The Nutty Chocolatier’s Community Easter Egg Hunt at Muskoka Heritage Place

An annual event that is sure to please the kiddos, join us for the annual Nutty Chocolatier’s Community Easter Egg Hunt at Muskoka Heritage Place! A FREE quick and dirty 45 minute event for the family, embark on a chocolate treasure hunt and search for the golden egg!


  • Thousands of chocolate eggs are hidden around Muskoka Pioneer Village
  • Kids are split into age groups for egg hunting
  • Kids who find the golden eggs get a special prize from the Nutty Chocolatier

Where and When

  • Muskoka Heritage Place – Pioneer Village at 88 Brunel Road, Huntsville, Ontario
  • Sunday March 31th, 2024
  • Gate opens at noon (12:00 PM)
    • Egg hunt begins at 12:15 PM and ends at 1:00 PM or when all of the eggs have been collected
    • Be sure to arrive on time!


  • Children
  • Ages 10 and under


Where to Park

  • You can go to our main parking lot at 88 Brunel Road
  • Head toward the white and silver bell tower at our lane
  • Feel free to skip to our large wooden gate at the end of the lane

What to Bring

  • Happy excited kids
  • A bag or pail for Easter Eggs
  • Depending upon weather conditions it could be snowy, frozen or muddy so proper footwear is a good idea

What Not to Bring

  • Pets; however we gladly welcome registered service animals
  • The desire to find eggs for your kid – this is their age-geared event
