Knead Pizza Co. began at local farmers markets in Muskoka by serving assembled, ready-to-bake pizza to hungry customers. After two summers under a tent throughout all sorts of weather, Knead found a permanent home in a brick and mortar shoppe in Port Carling. After 2 years pumping out many pizza’s in the tiny Port Carling location, Knead expanded to a new home base in Bracebridge. The new space includes an indoor and outdoor dining space, along with a liquor license. The Port Carling shoppe remains open for all your seasonal takeaway pizza needs.
Along with piping hot fresh pizza, there’s still an option to take your personally-crafted pizza home and bake it yourself. At Knead, you can choose whatever toppings you want for a fully customized pizza, or choose from our selection of favourite topping combinations. Owner Olivia makes all the pizza dough daily, served at both Knead locations. It’s a simple and secret recipe that she developed with no extra additives or preservatives to worry about. The crust is neither extra thin nor extra thick and because each pizza is handmade, it’s absolutely never ever perfectly round!
