Huntsville's Girlfriends' Getaway Weekend 2014
Huntsville’s Girlfriends’ Getaway Weekend: Hotter Than Ever!
What began as modest shopping weekend more than ten years ago, the Girlfriends Getaway Weekend in Huntsville, Muskoka has grown into annual mega-event for BFFs looking to spend quality time away – together.
Marked on the calendar months in advance by women everywhere, the 2014 edition takes place November 7 to 9, and features some extra-special surprises this year.
The fun starts on Friday night as Tourism & Events Huntsville presents award-winning and much loved Canadian singer Johnny Reid at the Canada Summit Centre. He’ll make the ladies swoon when he performs hits like “Love Sweet Love,” “A Woman Like You” and “Old Flame.” Deerhurst Resort will also be a popular spot on Friday night at the 80s Prom Stand-up Dinner & Party, where guests will rub shoulders with the cast of Decades, Deerhurst’s high-energy musical variety show, and dance the night away. (The best 80s costume gets a fabulous prize too!)
Saturday, November 8 things heat up at “Club Vegas,” when the sexy Men of the Strip ensemble perform at the Canada Summit Centre – making this one, hot night in Ontario’s cottage country!
The annual Girlfriends’ Getaway Weekend also features great workshops, food, drink and vendors – and of course, shopping, shopping, shopping in downtown Huntsville. Look for great deals and packages too.
Grab your BFFs and head to Huntsville from November 7 to 9, 2014 for a weekend of unforgettable memories and fun.
