With the rugged shores of Georgian Bay hugging the Top C trail, Parry Sound is one of the most popular staging destinations within the Great Canadian Wilderness. Parry Sound is also known throughout the province as a motorsports destination, and has plenty of options for touring.

Rail Tressle Remains Parry Sound

Eager to share this slice of snowmobile heaven, the Parry Sound Snowmobile District developed their own touring loops within their district. Some are suitable for day trips, with a few made for multi-day touring. Check out their site for further information on these loops. Check out the Parry Sound Snowmobile District 10 Facebook to stay up-to-date on events and trail news.

Snowmobiling in Explorers' EdgeParry Sound is also home to the west side start of the legendary Park to Park Trail (part of which is pictured above). This 230 km corridor provides a level, straight and consistently groomed path from the west to east sides of the Explorers’ Edge region. It’s popularity is no surprise, as the scenery is as thrilling as the trail itself.

For more information on great riding in Explorers’ Edge, check out the two other snowmobile districts in the area, discover the RAP tour, or plan your next snowmobile getaway by clicking the buttons below:
