February 4 – Winter Wildlife Tracking Workshop
This fun and interactive class will open your eyes and senses to an entire world hidden around you. Walking through the forest will never be the same again!
Join Chris Gilmour of Chris Outdoors for a fun and enlightening day out on the land. You will learn to find and interpret the story written in the tracks and signs left behind by the amazing wild creature we share this earth with. We will also explore techniques for moving unnoticed across the landscape and being more aware so you notice, see, hear and experience more in the woods.
This workshop includes an online session to help you learn foundational tracks, patterns and wildlife knowledge so you can make the most out of your day on the land.
Location: The Wolf Den Nature Retreat, Oxtongue
Time: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Cost: $140 + HST** Only 8 spots!
** Includes online intro to tracking session and bird language video series.
