August 3 – National Academy Orchestra

Festival of the Sound is a world-renowned chamber and classical music festival in scenic Parry Sound. Under Artistic Director James Campbell the Festival has grown to cover three weeks in July and August, including dozens of concerts across the musical spectrum and featuring the finest artists from across Canada and around the world.
Founded by Boris Brott in 1989, The National Academy Orchestra of Canada returns to Parry Sound under the direction of Tania Miller. This concert features internationally acclaimed cellist Bryan Cheng as soloist.
