July 26 – Mozart and Ziigwan
Festival of the Sound is a world-renowned chamber and classical music festival in scenic Parry Sound. Under Artistic Director James Campbell the Festival has grown to cover three weeks in July and August, including dozens of concerts across the musical spectrum and featuring the finest artists from across Canada and around the world.
Ziigwan describes the traditional nomadic activities of the Ojibway-speaking peoples, long before the arrival of European settlers.
