June 25 – Michel Neray
The Commanda Museum acquired the former Lutheran Trinity Church nine years ago and has since lovingly restored and renovated this historic building, originally built in 1883! You can feel the history in every floorboard, and the acoustics make it the perfect setting for an intimate concert with singer-songwriter-storyteller Michel Neray!
Michel’s songwriting exhibits a depth and intimacy that resonates deeply, and lingers in the soul. Set against a musical edge that draws inspiration from the best of Americana and Indie-Folk, Michel’s music elevates the craft of emotive storytelling that tugs at your heart as much as it gets your toes tapping.
Michel has released two full-length albums and a number of singles, available on streaming platforms everywhere.
For this concert, Michel will be joined by Chris Staig on slide and acoustic guitar. The church has a 40-seat capacity so space is limited.
