Caribou Lodge

1200 Caribou Rd, Bracebridge, Ontario

Since 1910, guests have felt the gentle lure to experience new adventures in the magnificent wilderness surroundings of Caribou Lodge on scenic Wood Lake in Muskoka. The Caribou Lodge property was first established as a sawmill and as the years went by, it gradually went from lumbering to the tourist industry. By 1930, Caribou Lodge had grown from a hunting and fishing camp to a family lodge with guests returning year after year.

Caribou Lodge has 10 private cabins on the lake accommodating 2-8 people. We also have 4 spacious suites that sleep 6-8 people comfortably. All of our lodgings are self sufficient, complete with linens, and each has it’s own spectacular view of the lake. Come and experience the joy of being in nature with your family, start creating some of your own new memories, make wonderful new friends that you look forward to seeing every summer, and drift off to sleep each night in your cozy cabin to the magnificent shrill of the loons on the lake.
