Smoking food is the healthy way to cook while tenderize the meat as the tough connective tissues are broken down. The secret is holding the heat at a low, steady temperature for a long period of time. All our meats and fish are dry-rubbed in our unique spice mixture and smoked in-house using our homemade BBQ sauces. From traditional Montreal smoked meat to brisket and even salmon, there is sure to be an item on the menu that you will want to try.
