Sweater Weather Fall 2021: Terms and Conditions
These Terms are being drafted in plain language so that we both understand the Terms of this Agreement. In this Agreement “us” and “we” refer to Explorers’ Edge/The Great Canadian Wilderness; “you” and “your” refers to the person receiving the incentives. By participating in this program you agree to all the following: We offer two incentives to you: one (1) $50 Gas Card and two (2) $25 Experience Vouchers for each “Qualified Booking” to the first 500 entries.
A “Qualified Booking” is all of the following:
– A booking where the guest(s) have booked with an Accommodation Provider,
– A booking where the Guest(s) have provided their booking confirmation number directly to Explorers’ Edge/The Great Canadian Wilderness via the website www.thegreatcanadianwilderness.com,
– A booking for a minimum of two consecutive nights,
– A booking at one participating Accommodation Provider, for a stay that is within the borders of Huntsville, Ontario or Port Sydney, Ontario proper (for the purposes of this program partnership)
– A booking for a stay between October 1, 2021 and November 30, 2021, and
– A booking that was made during the extended booking window of September 23, 2021 and September 30, 2021.
**Bookings made prior to the booking window or during the stay dates will not be accepted and will not be eligible to receive the travel package.
If you have received the Experience Vouchers, we agree that you are entitled to receive them.
If you have trouble redeeming your Experience Vouchers, keep them and contact US; Explorers’ Edge representatives will resolve the matter, NOT the Accommodation Provider and NOT the Experience Provider. If there is a problem, you will be entitled at the most to the face value of the Experience Vouchers.
Unused Experience Vouchers will not be reimbursed by Explorers’ Edge. Experience vouchers are only redeemable at participating Experience Providers, and you can only participate in the program by registering with a participating Accommodations Provider.
Accommodations Providers and Experience Providers will not negotiate any of these Terms & Conditions. No cash will be exchanged for any Voucher amount you do not use.
Explorers’ Edge/The Great Canadian Wildnerness is not obligated to honour registrations that are not filled out correctly.
