Johnston’s Cranberry Marsh Awarded CTC Signature Canadian Experience Designation
Johnston’s Cranberry Marsh and its Muskoka Lakes Winery operation in Bala have been awarded “Signature Canadian Experience” designation by the Canadian Tourism Commission.
In its efforts to promote travel across the nation, the Canadian Tourism Commission’s Signature Experiences are “a collection of once-in-a-lifetime, uniquely Canadian travel experiences, which are marketed to international travelers as part of living life less ordinary. It’s the stamp of quality that the international tourism marketplace recognizes.”
The “Bog to Bottle Discovery” experience at Johnston’s Cranberry Marsh involves a guided tour of the renowned cranberry bog accompanied afterwards by tastings in the adjacent winery.
