Sunnylea Resort

Sunnylea Resort is open all year and conveniently located just 90 minutes north of Toronto in the Southern Muskoka/Georgian Bay Region amidst the beauty of scenic lands, clean air and crystal clear waters of Little Lake in Port Severn. Enjoy a stay in our newly renovated cozy 1-room cabins for two and 1, 2 or 3-bedroom cottages that are only steps from the lake. Each cottage comes equipped with a gas fireplace, use of BBQ, picnic tables, free wireless internet and a cozy atmosphere for lots of relaxation. Wake up to beautiful sunrises over Little Lake and enjoy the natural beauty, tranquility and friendliness that Sunnylea has to offer. Watch for loons, blue herons, ducks, beavers, and turtles to swim by.

Fish from our docks or enjoy some local ATVing and golf. In the Winter, there’s snowmobiling available right outside our doors, plus skating on the Lake or at our community’s outside covered rink, ice-fishing, snowshoeing, snow tubing and cross country or downhill skiing. After a fun-filled day of activities, you can relax with other guests in our Muskoka chairs toasting marshmallows and weenies over our large fire-pit.
