Colonial Bay Cottage Resort offers Muskoka cottage rentals on Peninsula Lake, close to Algonquin Park, Huntsville and Lake of Bays. We have a wide range of accommodation styles to suit any guest. Our motel style studio rooms are an excellent choice for couples for shorter stays. Each motel room can accommodate up to four and feature fireplaces, mini fridge, hair dryers, in room coffee and televisions. The cottages at our resort have 1-3 bedrooms, full kitchens, living room, and bathroom. Our deluxe cottages have gas fireplaces, single air jet tubs, air conditioning, television and DVD.

Steps from your cottage you can enjoy Muskoka at its best – water, fresh air, nature. With 300′ of sand bottom lakefront on clean clear Peninsula Lake, playing at the lake is a summer favorite.
