Join us from 10am to 2pm on Friday, June 21 for National Indigenous Peoples Day, in partnership with Hope Arises Project Inc.

Highlights throughout the day include:

  • Métis Jiggers and Fancy Shawl Dancer
  • Snowshoe Making Demonstrations
  • Sacred Plants
  • Lacrosse

Admission and Entry

Admission to Muskoka Heritage Place Village and Museum is FREE from 10:00am to 2:00pm (last entry at 1:30pm).

Entry is through the main museum at 88 Brunel Road only.

At the train station

Our diesel electric train will run at 1pm. Regular admission applies.

What to bring

Please bring weather appropriate gear, and comfortable clothing and footwear for an adventure-filled day. 

What not to bring

• Pets (registered service animals are welcome)
