Warbler’s Roost

Warbler’s Roost is a country inn on a beautiful 14-acre property in South River. We offer four rooms available for daily or weekly rentals with a continental breakfast set out in a large dining room overlooking Deer Lake. The waterfront is just a four minute walk down the road on the property. The four bedrooms share a powder room and a bathroom and have 24/7 access to a kitchen and a large dining and sitting area. Our 230’of waterfront includes a long dock with kayaks available to rent, and we have snowshoes available to rent in the winter.
