Sprucedale Summerfest returns July 24 & 25 for a vibrant celebration that brings the heart of summer to life in McMurrich/Monteith. This family-friendly event kicks off with a full Friday night lineup of live music, showcasing local talent and setting the tone for an energetic weekend.

On Saturday, the excitement revs up with the Lawn Tractor Races—Summerfest’s main event and a crowd favourite—alongside local vendors, delicious food, and activities for all ages. From kids’ games and artisan markets to outdoor entertainment and community showcases, all set against the scenic charm of the Almaguin Highlands, Summerfest is the perfect opportunity to connect with residents, visitors, and local businesses in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Last year, Summerfest saw over 800 attendees, and we hope to grow it each and every year!
