Party the night away at Nuit Blanche North

Mark your calendars for July 20, 2024 and head downtown Huntsville for this unmissable free arts festival!

Recognized as a signature event in Ontario’s cottage country, Nuit Blanche North is back for its 12th year. It is a bold interactive multi-arts street festival taking place in Downtown Huntsville, Ontario. For one night only the streets, alleyways and parks will come alive with an exciting program of contemporary artistic activities, events and exhibits taking place in unconventional places in and around the downtown core.

Organized by the Huntsville Festival of the Arts, the fun begins at sunset and continues into the small hours of the morning. Visitors can wander through the streets and alleyways to discover works of art in unexpected places. From street theatre, to music, to sculpture, to film and interactive exhibits, there is something for everyone, and many ways to join in the fun.

Prepare to party with My Son the Hurricane


Musical highlights include My Son the Hurricane, a multi-horn, multi-drummer, multi-singer brass-funk beast from Niagara playing the bandshell in River Mill Park, Canada’s biggest and most diverse party brass band SHOUT! The Band, electric violinist Dr. Draw and the funky four piece horn band Rider Raiders.

Tex Rexman returns to the streets of Huntsville for Nuit Blanche North

Street entertainment is a highlight of the festival with some world-class buskers bringing their acts to Huntsville. These include former circus performer Isabella Hoops, the rootin’ tootin’ Wild West comedy show that is Tex Rexman, drumming skills meets circus debauchery with The Circus Drummer, Junkyard Symphony uses everyday household objects to create a mind-blowing show and living statue Silver Elvis. You can also check out thrilling aerial performances by Hercinia Arts and Ascension Aerials.

There will be free interactive activities by incredible artists throughout the evening. With four different areas – Town Hall to Brunel Road, the top of main street, River Mill Park and the Town Docks – the the fun last all night! Acrobats, dancers, theatre, arts, sculptures, and so much more!
