Join us at the Bala Bay Inn, for a Hoppy Cupcake Workshop on October 10th.

We’ll be demonstrating a simple way to whip up your own buttercream icing, and teaching some beginner piping techniques.

Enjoy some great brews, learn about Clear Lake beer, while also learning how to whip up your own buttercream icing, and practice some fun, cupcake piping designs.

Then take home some of your treats, and piping skills to continue the creativity on a later date.

Each ticket includes the following:

– A box of cupcakes (that have been baked with Clear Lake Brewing beer)

– A Flight of Beer from Clear Lake Brewing Co.

– Beer tasting led by Clear Lake Brewing, discussing the beers used in the ingredients of the cupcake.

– a live demo + learn tips to get creative with your buttercream icing recipe.

We’ll supply all the tools required for the duration of the workshop (clean aprons, bowls, spatulas, napkins etc.). We take care of the clean up so you can focus on the fun.

Must be 19+ to purchase a ticket.
