The Dorset Snowball Winter Carnival kicks off on Friday night with a Family Skate Party at the Dorset Ice Palace with music, a campfire and hot chocolate. Then on Saturday, Snowball presents a wide variety of activities including skating, cardboard toboggan races, a hockey shoot-out, silent auction and more! Must-see shows by the Great Canadian Lumber Jacks and the wildlife caller are always crowd-pleasers! You can enjoy some maple taffy and take a virtual dog sled tour. Enjoy some great food and shopping at the vendor booths, and make sure you stop by The Dorset Heritage Museum between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
