Join in on Wednesday, October 2nd at at 6:45 pm, as we kick off the evening with a private brewery tour. Following the tour, join Head Brewer Seguin Sailors at 7pm for a dining experience from our new local business, Muskoka Roasts, complete with beer pairings!

All three courses will include a guided tasting of our own beers. Seating is limited, so grab your spot now!

First Course – Crostini flight featuring beer-brined smoked salmon, a beery bacon apple & onion jam, and pico de gallo with a beer based vinaigrette
Main Course – Surf and turf featuring smokey baby back ribs smothered in beer bbq sauce, grilled shrimp and grilled corn off the cob topped with an herbaceous honey beer compound butter
Dessert Course – A White Birch Blueberry cobbler topped with Chantilly and fresh blueberries

The cost $75+tax/person, and a deposit to reserve your spot. The remainder will be due the night of the event.
